Releasing Sexual Shame

For the private night when shame around desire still makes the body feel unsafe to inhabit.

20:09 · Brian Wroblewski

Sexual shame can keep a person small and disconnected from body and desire for years. This session offers a private, guided path through forgiveness, reclaiming energy, and remembering worth.

You move through deep forgiveness for past choices made from seeking validation. Energy is reclaimed from connections that dimmed your light. Shame is met and turned toward sacred self-love and conscious choice. A portable anchor is installed so you can remember your worth in ordinary moments, not only while the headphones are on.

Go gently. Old emotion may surface; that is part of the work, not a failure. Headphones and a private space matter here more than on most tracks. This is intimate material, and the room should match that.

Twenty minutes. Lie down or sit where you will not be interrupted. A wellness recording for sexual wellness and self-acceptance, not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
