This Privacy Policy explains how The Healer's Code LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit healerscode.com, purchase our products or services, join our community, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website or services you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Numerology and reading data. Birth names and dates of birth, and any additional details you submit so we can prepare a numerology reading or Soul Blueprint.
- Contact information. Name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing address.
- Payment information. Payment card and billing details, which are collected and processed by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Account and community data. Login details and content you post when you join our community (for example through Skool).
- Communications. Messages, feedback, survey responses, and support requests you send to us.
3. Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address and general location derived from it.
- Device and browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and time spent on the site.
- Approximate geographic location. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you expressly enable it.

9. AI products and providers
Some of our products and features use artificial intelligence, including services provided by OpenAI and Anthropic, to help generate or refine written content. Where readings or materials are produced with AI assistance, they are reviewed by a human before delivery.
If you prefer that your information not be processed by our AI-assisted features, you may opt out by contacting us at privacy@healerscode.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
11. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
13. Children and minors
Our website and services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@healerscode.com and we will take steps to delete it.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Subject to applicable law, these can include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
EU, UK, Switzerland, and Canada

United States state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct inaccuracies, to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 16. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, and our website does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for purposes of opting out of targeted advertising or sale or sharing of personal information.
17. Marketing and SMS communications
With your consent, we may send you marketing emails and text messages about our products, services, and offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message.
If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This is an application-to-person (A2P) messaging program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platforms, is permitted only to carry out the messaging program itself.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of our website and services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

10. Social logins
