Breathwork

Breathe Yourself to Sleep

51:11 · Brian Wroblewski

The day is still sitting on the body. The legs are still holding. The hands are still gripping. The jaw is still

keeping words that were never said.

This session takes a body that is already in bed and walks it from leftover daytime charge into sleep

onset. No count up. No wakeup. No work left to do when the voice ends.

Breathe Yourself to Sleep uses slow nasal inhales, mouth exhales, and progressive muscle contrast. A

brief gentle squeeze. A full release. Then silence so the contrast can register. Attention moves down

the body like warm honey, from the crown to the feet, and stays down.

The last clearing breath gathers what remains and sends it down the legs and out the soles into the

bed. White light stays around the body for the night. Then the voice leaves. The music continues so you

can drift.

This is not a seated receiving practice. Lie down. Stay down. Let the bed hold you.
