TL;DR
Your Personal Year runs from birthday to birthday. Add every digit of your birth month, birth day, and the year of the cycle, keep 11, 22, 33, and 44 as masters, and read the result as a theme, not a prediction. Years 1 through 9 ask you to start, wait, speak, build, change, tend, study, steward, and complete. Masters 11/2, 22/4, 33/6, and 44/8 hold the same work at a finer pitch.

Your Personal Year is a nine-count cycle of themes that runs from birthday to birthday. In The Healer's Code method it is the one number built from parts: reduce your birth month to one digit, reduce your birth day but keep a master (the 11th and 29th count as 11, the 22nd as 22), reduce the year of your most recent birthday, then add the three. You keep 11, 22, 33, and 44 as master numbers and write them 11/2, 22/4, 33/6, and 44/8. Treat the number as a mirror for the season you are in, not as medical, legal, financial, or therapy advice, and not as a promise about what will happen.
The Greek mathematician Pythagoras believed that all things are numbers. The Personal Year applies that idea to time: each year from one birthday to the next carries its own number.
Year 1 asks you to begin. Year 2 asks you to cooperate and wait. Year 3 asks you to speak and make. Year 4 asks you to build a floor under your life. Year 5 asks you to move and loosen what has gone stiff. Year 6 asks you to tend home, body, and the people you already love. Year 7 asks you to study and rest the noise. Year 8 asks you to steward power, money, and consequence. Year 9 asks you to finish, forgive, and give away what is complete.
If the total is 11, 22, 33, or 44, you do not reduce it. You live the master first and keep the root (2, 4, 6, or 8) as the ground under your feet. This week, calculate the year that began on your last birthday, name its theme in one sentence, and choose one small act that matches it. How do you calculate your Personal Year in this method?
Reduce the birth month to one digit. Reduce the birth day to one digit, unless it is a master: the 11th and the 29th count as 11, and the 22nd counts as 22. Reduce the year your current cycle began, the year of your most recent birthday, to one digit. Add the three, then reduce the total, and stop if you land on 11, 22, 33, or 44.

Worked example. Birthday July 15, and the Personal Year cycle that began on July 15, 2025. Month: 7. Day: 1 + 5 = 6. Year: 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 9.
7 + 6 + 9 = 22.
22 is a master. You write 22/4. You do not reduce it to 4.
Second example. Same birthday, the Personal Year cycle that began July 15, 2024. Month: 7. Day: 6. Year: 2 + 0 + 2 + 4 = 8.
7 + 6 + 8 = 21.
2 + 1 = 3. That is a 3 Personal Year.
The cycle belongs to the birthday, not January 1. If your birthday is in October, you stay in last year's Personal Year until your birthday arrives.
What does a 1, 2, or 3 Personal Year ask of you?
A 1 year asks you to plant. Start the project you have been circling. Take one honest step that belongs to you, even if no one claps. Practical focus this week: name the start in writing and do the first hour of it.

A 2 year asks you to listen. Partnership, timing, and the quiet work of not forcing the door. Practical focus this week: make one agreement clear, then keep it without rushing the other person.
A 3 year asks you to speak and make. Words, images, humor, the thing that wants out of your throat. Practical focus this week: finish one small piece of expression and let someone see it.

A 4 year asks you to build. Schedules, savings, repairs, the unglamorous floor.

Practical focus this week: pick one leak in your systems and close it.
A 5 year asks you to move. Travel if you can, a new route if you cannot, a habit that has gone stale. Practical focus this week: change one repeating pattern on purpose and notice what breathes.
A 6 year asks you to tend. Home, family, the body you live in, the people who already have a claim on your care. Practical focus this week: one act of repair in the house or in a relationship you actually have.
What does a 7, 8, or 9 Personal Year ask of you?
A 7 year asks you to study and withdraw enough to hear yourself. Books, rest, prayer, the inner room. Practical focus this week: a block of quiet with no performance in it.

An 8 year asks you to meet power without apology or grab. Money, authority, the results of past work. Practical focus this week: one clear financial or professional decision written down and dated.
A 9 year asks you to complete. End the chapter, forgive what you can, give away what no longer fits. Practical focus this week: finish one unfinished thing and release one object or obligation that is done.
What if your Personal Year is 11/2, 22/4, 33/6, or 44/8?
You keep the master. You do not collapse it to 2, 4, 6, or 8. The root still matters as the floor; the master is the extra voltage.

11/2 asks for insight that still cooperates. Pay attention to the inner flash, then check it against kindness and timing. Practical focus this week: write the insight, then take one cooperative step, not a speech.
22/4 asks you to build something that could outlast your mood. Vision with a floor plan. Practical focus this week: one concrete measure (a budget line, a schedule, a foundation task) attached to the larger aim.
33/6 asks you to teach and heal through ordinary care. Service that does not empty you. Practical focus this week: one act of help that includes rest for you as well.
44/8 asks for grounded mastery at scale: systems, stewardship, power that can be audited. Practical focus this week: one structure that makes your work safer and clearer for other people.
None of this replaces a doctor, a lawyer, or a planner. Name the season you are in so you can meet it on purpose.
